Quomak is an independent lab for the research and development of food.
A team of qualified researchers and product developers work on finalizing new
food products and processes which are placed with the food industry in all discretion.
Quomak works in the field of seasoned products like sauces, salads, meat substitutes, imitation
crab etc and this according to the triangle process of preparation, packaging and final creation as a fresh,
pasteurized, sterilized or frozen product.
Several of Quomak′s creations have already been patented by ourselves or by our customers.
