Quomak works in the field of seasoned products like sauces, salads, meat substitutes, imitation crab etc and this according to the triangle process of preparation, packaging and final creation as a fresh, pasteurized, sterilized or frozen product.
Several of Quomak′s creations have already been patented by ourselves or by our customers.
